This method takes an empty request and returns the earliest available replay slot without opening a subscription. It has no commitment parameter.

Optional. The earliest available replay slot. An absent field means no replay data is available. A present value of 0 is slot zero, not an absent value.
If no replay data is available, the JSON response is {}.
The returned slot reflects current availability and may change before you subscribe. This method does not change your subscription’s starting slot.
