How do I harvest MEV for native stake accounts?

Native Helius validator stakers can harvest their MEV rewards using Jito's MEV harvesting tool. First, connect your wallet to see all of your active stake accounts. By default, all accounts will have the "Claim MEV" switch toggled ON. If you don't want to claim MEV for a particular account, toggle this switch OFF. By default, you will claim rewards in the JitoSOL token. If you want to claim rewards as SOL, toggle the "Convert MEV to JitoSOL" button OFF. Then, click "Harvest MEV as SOL," and sign your wallet transaction.

What is native staking vs. liquid staking?

In native staking, your SOL tokens are delegated to a validator and become locked until you unstake your SOL and wait until the end of the current epoch. This means, while your SOL is staked natively, you are unable to use it with other applications. With liquid staking, you swap your SOL tokens for a Liquid Staking Token (LST) — hSOL — which represents your staked SOL. The hSOL token automatically accrues staking rewards, and can be used across DeFi applications. To unstake, simply swap hSOL to SOL with no cool down period.
